To reduce frequent breakdown on office machines, we advise our clients to embark and sign up on annual service contracts as follows:
Regular service and maintenance
This is service contract entails Quarterly service and maintenance on all office machine i.e.
- Dusting and blowing
- Cleaning and machine checkups
- Greasing and oiling on moving parts
- Antivirus checkups and updating
Routine Service and Maintenance
This service contract involves often onsite visits for regular office machines checkup and service.
